Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

RETURNS:

We only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item)
